(PDF, 149.32kb)More detailsAs the first point of contact on people issues for senior management you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, especially as advising, problem-solving and identifying effective and workable solutions will be an important part of the role.You will be a member of CIPD, or graduate member working toward full membership, with significant experience in a busy HR generalist role. With proven experience of employee relations case management, you will also experience of partnering to a client group and providing support, advice and guidance to senior management. Adaptability, resilience and a strong customer focus are essential, along with the ability to influence at senior management level.Interviews are due to take place on 24th March (provisionally)This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
