Job DescriptionPart time, 3 days per weekASAP startGeneral Summary:To provide operational front-line support for the smooth running and development of Homecare delivery services in the UK, combined with back-office support.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship with Homecare delivery partners including leading monthly homecare management meetings:
- Setup of monthly meetings with homecare companies and cross-functional Vertex team
- Reviewing monthly performance reports provided by homecare companies and progress against KPIs. Sending out key points and outstanding actions to Vertex team ahead of meetings and ensuring Vertex cross-functional inputs when required
- Sharepoint management, including ensuring all slide decks and reports are saved onto Sharepoint and keeping action tracker updated
- Sending minutes and actions to all relevant parties post-meeting
- Ensuring outstanding actions are followed up throughout the month
- Coordinating actions around Product launches
- Managing complaints
- Lead internal Vertex homecare delivery cross-functional team, including:
- Setup meetings to discuss and track progress against all workstreams
- Keeping team accountable for deliverables
- Sending minutes and actions to all relevant parties post-meeting
- Management of all Homecare Companies monthly data and reports (patients/sales/inventory), ensuring reports are fit-for-purpose, accurate and compliant all throughout
- Carry out ad hoc analyses on homecare data as needed (e.g. homecare delivery frequency tracking)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and homecare companies on data and reports used for Vertex medicines reconciliation reporting to the NHS nations
- Cross check stock and patient sales report, and monitor homecare stock holding to contractual obligations.
- Review Homecare monthly distribution costs against sales data and validate invoices accordingly
- Contribution and attendance at demand planning and S&OP meeting
- Manage Homecare delivery partners forecast and quota management process including:
- Review of forecast
- Setting monthly homecare quotas and managing order escalations as required
- Approval of sales orders and comparison to forecast
- Monitoring of patient supply and comparison to forecast
- Maintenance of all Homecare related Documentations (Registration Forms, Rx templates, HSP forms) – includes liaising with NHMC on behalf of Vertex when required and ordering process of patient materials
- Leading contract renewal discussions with homecare companies
- Identification of further ways to optimise our ways of working with homecare companies
- Review of opportunities into different distribution models
- Lead and contribute to any new homecare tender processes and any resultant implementation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- In depth experience in UK homecare delivery
- Previous experience in managing homecare delivery companies
- Comfortable with financial reconciliations and handling data
- Attend the office in Paddington when requested
