What will you be doing?
- Overseeing the collection of overdue accounts and managing customer relationships
- Utilizing TIMS software for account tracking and reporting
- Ensuring accurate gas cylinder management, including rental and return processes
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to verify gas cylinder inventory
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues professionally
- Generating reports and maintaining customer profiles in the TIMS system
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- At least 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the welding supply or industrial sector
- Experience with gas cylinder inventory management (preferred)
- Familiarity with TIMS software or similar accounting systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and resolve complex payment issues
