Overview:An Account Director is part of the commercial force behind delivering the division’s client direct contact strategy and execution. Utilising your strong industry knowledge you will drive revenue and provide feedback to the business on potential product and brand needs.This role will have senior client direct responsibility and you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of key companies and contacts to establish high value partnerships across multiple areas of our business.Whether this is working with Automotive suppliers on B2B partnerships, ensuring the success of our B2B offering as well as being responsible for ensuring we have the right partnerships in place and securing sponsorship for our awards and events. This includes maximising performance to ensure repeat business and future revenue growth as well as onboarding new partners and maximising the ecommerce revenues for the business. Responsibilities:

  • Maximise revenues through strategic account management and new business development initiatives with a particular focus on e commerce partners and car manufacturers
  • Manage and grow sponsorship revenues across our portfolio of market leading awards.
  • Act as the main point of contact within OEMs for our quarterly Motability title, ensuring clients are fully informed on the offering and drive revenues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Utilising strong industry contacts, grow the brand’s presence within the B2B space and drive revenues accordingly.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:

  • Proven experience in cross portfolio and platform sales
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to spot business opportunities and confidently engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Negotiation skills
  • Presentation skills
