Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will be part of our fast paced Finance IT team and will be responsible for Process Development, Visioning, and oversight on our Big Data Platform using latest technologies like Cloud, Kafka, and Containerization. The project comprises of teams of QE professionals providing Test Services for the applications and programs within Finance IT. Your role will focus on providing QE services on the team contributing to Functional Quality Engineering(QE) processes and QE Automation for these groups while performing on test execution teams. This position provides you opportunity to demonstrate and build technical processes and architecture as well and leadership skills while providing IT solutions to a highly volatile business environment.What will you doDelivering on overall quality engineering strategy, accountable for implementing functional testing process as well as automation framework architecture for the ecosystem/programImplement and drive strategic and tactical QE initiatives, implementation of the QE Automation Program and overall QE Automation process and standardsEnsures adequate training and learning of tools to deliver objectivesAccountable for maximizing automation for all project functional testing deliverables in portfolioResponsible for following and developing defined processes and tools and alignment with overall QE strategy and frameworkResponsible for providing accurate and detailed quality status to QE team and stakeholdersWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveDegree in Computer Science or equivalent with related experienceTest Strategizing and Planning implementation experienceScript development using scripting languages. Primarily in Linux, Python, SQL, and Robot FrameworkExperience using SDLC, QE and DevOps tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, UurbanCodeDeploy, Helios, QTest etc.Experience with Data related testing, including Data Ingestion, Lineage, Quality, Transformation and Consumptions using automated tools.Strong Communication skills together with Test Automation vision and leadership skills for innovation.QA implementations using Agile methodologyQA implementations on Big Data implementationsNice-to-haveExperience in a variety of test automation tools (Robot Framework, Selenium)Hands-on knowledge and experience on Data masking technologies.Experience reviewing artefacts including code reviews (application and test automation scripts)Cloud certification and solutions such as ElasticSearch, Kafka, SNS)Business domain knowledge on Finance and Risk.Experience in vendor managementCertifications: PMP, ISTQBExperience with Cloud technologies like Openshift containerization, Amazon, GoogleWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
