Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a Settlement Analyst, you will settle or process all transactions assigned on a daily basis in a timely and accurate manner.What will you do?Portray a high level of knowledge of International Settlements and its various functionsHave a broad knowledge of the ADP ( Broadridge) systems, third party custodian systemsBe able to reconcile account differences and issues and articulate to the proper channels what the issues areHave excellent communication skills in order to work with coworkers and internal clients alikeProvide a high level of customer serviceHave the ability to deal with high volumes of trades to ensure settlementReduce risk and cost to the firm by escalating all potential issues to managementBe a team player who collaborates well with associates and managementStrictly adhere to all firm policies and procedureHave proficient skills in Windows based products such as Outlook, Word, ExcelHave the ability to multi task in a pressured environmentInterface with various business lines and branches along with counter-party operations teams to rectify any settlement discrepanciesHave a strong knowledge of various products such as equitiesBe available to work a 7.5 hour day (37.5 hours per week) +1 hour break, occasional overtime required.
