An opportunity has arisen with Chelmer Medical Partnership in Chelmsford, for an experienced, part-time prescription clerk, to work 15 hours per week to join our busy prescription team. This key role, will ensure thetimely processing of repeat and acute medication according to current surgery protocols.Main duties of the job
- Ensuring a safe and efficient operation by processing repeat prescriptions via email, online or in person.
- Liaising with our GPs, clinical pharmacists, and community pharmacies regarding queries and requests.
- Managing enquiries from patients.
- Providing patient education and advice where appropriate.
