I’m looking for a Financial Controller for a company in the residential construction sector located in Saint-Eustache.Reporting to the VP of Finance, your duties will be to :
– Supervise and carry out the complete accounting cycle
– Be responsible for one employee
– Perform bank reconciliations
– Analyze project costs
– Follow-up on work in progress
– Lease file management
– Produce month-end financial statements and reports
– Other related tasks
– No construction experience required
– Be on track for or have CPA designation
– Versatility and ability to work under pressure
– Good knowledge of ExcelWhat we offer:
– A salary between 70k and 80k
– A summer schedule ending at 1 p.m. on Fridays
