Job Summary This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage digital projects, and drive the delivery of digital solutions that meet the needs of our finance stakeholders.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product Owner to join our CFO team and lead the development of innovative digital applications that support our Finance function. The ideal candidate will be an experienced product owner with a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for creating exceptional digital user experiences.What will you do?Partner with the Director of Digital Products to align on the product vision/strategy for digital finance applications and contribute to the development of roadmaps and execution plans.Contribute to the agile squad by providing clear prioritization, scope, and requirements to ensure that the project priorities are well understood and effectively implementedFacilitate regular workshops with CFO stakeholders to capture requirements and user stories, communicate progress, and address challengesOversee the end-to-end project life cycle, including business case development, scope definition, and resource allocation, while managing financials (in partnership with PMO)lead to execute on project/plan pipeline by acting as SME for all inquiries across the project team for the digital team, including functional partnersAssess and analyze strategy, requirements, current state environment and investment choices to evaluate solution options that meet stakeholder needsCreate and deliver tools and frameworks to support decision makers to understand and assess the relative attractiveness of proposed solutionsPlay an active role in solution design by assisting stakeholders (e.g. IT, Digital, CFOs, etc) in the creation of a conceptual and business architecture solution design.Work with the Information Technology group and the impacted businesses to manage the overall release process ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the contents of the release and how they will be impactedWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have7+ years of experience as a product owner/finance process expert working in an agile environment, with a proven track record of delivering change initiativesStrong understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., Accounting Hub, Subledger, General Ledger, Performance Management) and experience with SaaS platform implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion, IBM Analytics, Onestream, Axiom).Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong focus on delivering user-centered digital solutions.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teamsNice-to-haveBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree Basic understanding of Python, Jira, PowerAppsWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, thinking progressively to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
