What you’ll do:

• Use ERP software to plan and manage a portfolio of products for inventory.
• Issue purchase orders for stock and buy to order materials from a variety of suppliers, ensuring the best combination of quality, cost, supply, and delivery.
• Expedite inbound purchase orders to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Evaluates “Available to Promise” blocks to determine inventory allocations.
• Enters and maintains Supplier Delivery Profile (SDP) information and locations.
• Proactively manage inventory to reduce aged inventory and increase inventory turns.
• Document supplier requirements and work instructions.
• Other duties as required.

What we would like from you:

• Post-secondary degree or up to two years of experience in a related field.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment managing priorities.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Pay & Benefits:The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. [In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay]. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental.
