As we’ve delivered on this mission over the last 35 years, we have become the market leader in global telehealth services and digital health solutions for an extensive client base of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and governments around the world.About the roleThe purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to administer and organize Health and Security Consulting projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Consulting Practice Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. The Project Coordinator performs various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. The Project Coordinator exhibits excellent time management and communication skills, as this role collaborates with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.This is a full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm role based out of our Houston office. Thursdays/Fridays are remote/work from home days.Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, materials and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal and external resources and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyze and mitigate risks
- Actively participate in project procurement tasks
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Work with the Practice Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor project plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. work orders or terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
About youRequired Skills and Knowledge
- Proven work experience in a detail-oriented role
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Financial Force or Certinia knowledge a plus!)

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
