Job Title: Primary Teaching Support
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time can be arranged for the right candidate)Do you have a passion for supporting young learners in their educational journey?GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Support to join a primary school in Bournemouth. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on children’s learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide individual and small groupsupport to students who need extra help.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage active participation.
• Support with preparing learning materials and activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a teaching support role or working with children is desirable.
• A proactive and patient approach to supporting children’s learning.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Passionate about helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
