Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Success Coordinator to join their team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in the accreditation process, acting as the administrative liaison between customers and Account Managers. You will be responsible for monitoring accreditation maintenance activities, compiling reports, and ensuring timely updates to customer accounts.

- Monitor and provide guidance on accreditation maintenance activities.
- Compile and distribute final accreditation reports, licensing agreements, and certificates.
- Release customer scope of accreditation for publication.
- Act as the primary administrative liaison between customers and Account Managers.
- Identify and communicate issues with customer accounts and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare notification packages and process billing requisitions in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer account data regularly.
- Prepare correspondence and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in business administration, science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing customer service and administrative support in a corporate services setting.
- Experience in account support, preferably in a technical or regulated industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (Bilingual Imperative).
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work with discretion.
- Ability to assess and promote timely completion of accreditation activities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Language Requirement: Bilingual (Intermediate reading, superior writing, and intermediate understanding/speaking in both official languages).
- Security Clearance: Reliability status (must be eligible; clearance will be obtained upon starting).
