Your experience of managing regulatory services will help you to provide strong leadership to our experienced teams, and your expertise in the range of key services will ensure you can support both officers and elected members to make the best decisions for the council and our communities.This role is pivotal in the delivery of a range of important areas including affordable and private sector housing and homelessness, environmental health, licensing, and emergency planning. In addition, we are seeking a candidate who can provide expert advice and guidance on creative and innovative approaches to service delivery. You will be an inspirational and inclusive leader that creates a positive environment where everyone can be themselves and can fulfil their potential.We are looking for you to make an impact corporately as a member of our Senior Leadership Team and able to strike the right balance between strategic and operational leadership.
