Job description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a large-scale data reporting and compliance process. This position will involve managing, processing, and analyzing large datasets to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with industry regulations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in assisting with automation efforts aimed at streamlining data workflows. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and SQL skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and business teams.Key Responsibilities:– Gather, review, and process large datasets to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
– Generate comprehensive reports using Excel and extract data through the development of SQL scripts.
– Assist with pre-processing of data and support the automation of reporting and data handling tasks.
– Work closely with internal teams to streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiencies.
– Ensure the accuracy of data and its timely submission to stakeholders.Qualifications:– University degree or a 3-year College diploma (preferably in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or Electrical Engineering).
– A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
– Experience in IT application support, data analytics, or business intelligence is highly preferred.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and a solid understanding of in-house databases.
– Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume data requests effectively.
