Your RoleThe AR Core Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of customer data within an Accounts Receivable (AR) system, ensuring proper billing and collection processes by identifying and resolving data discrepancies, standardizing customer information, and analyzing data trends to improve overall AR efficiency and data quality. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Data Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receivables, from setting up new client accounts, in line with contractual agreements, to managing large customer accounts, as well as performing other financial tasks when needed.Location: Rock Hill, South CarolinaLocal Terms & Conditions ApplyYou will make your biggest impact in: * Data cleansing and standardization: Review and clean customer Core data to eliminate duplicates, correct inaccurate information (address, contact details, payment terms), and ensure data adheres to established standards.

• Customer account setup: Create new customer accounts in the AR system, ensuring accurate billing information and proper credit limits are assigned.
• Data analysis and reporting: Generate reports on key AR metrics like aging analysis, customer payment trends, and identify areas for improvement based on data insights.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate customer information across systems.
• Credit Analysis: Perform credit analyses on large customers. Monitor customer credit limits and recommend adjustments based on financial health.
• Financial Tasks: Financial calculations, reconciliations, analysis, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
