Job #4808 – Our successful downtown client is looking for a senior accountant to join their organization. The selected candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience and be excited to continue to learn and grow alongside a fantastic mentor. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and completing everything from bank reconciliations and employee expenses, to month and year-end reporting, this could be for you. Reporting to the CFO, the main responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Reconcile all accounts including bank statements and reports
- Record intercompany transactions
- Prepare and send sales invoices
- Maintain billing schedule and track costs for billing
- Update monthly financial statements/reports and analysis
- Prepare employee utilization reports and project health reports
- Enter AP invoices including coding and posting credit card transactions
- Assist with client and vendor contract preparation
- Other duties as required

The main qualifications for this role include:
- Formal accounting education
- Minimum of 4-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
What’s the Bottom Line:
- $75,000 – $85,000 salary range
