- Oversee the TPRM Control Function team for all reporting, training, onboarding, and compliance responsibilities.
- Defines the standard of adequate contingency plans for critical third parties, and holistically pulls together both the external and internal plans in case of a third-party disruption.
- Will play a critical role in the mapping of vendors against critical operations as part of the Enterprise Operational Resilience Program.
- Co-lead a coordinated project alongside the Director of Business Continuity Management to better integrate vendor management into business continuity plans.
- Works with Vendor Management to review and approve BCMU clause changes when requested.
- Delivers subject matter expertise for Coupa and perform BCMU Control Function responsibilities within the Third-Party Risk Management Program.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Previous experience in third party risk management and/or business continuity management an asset.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing and planning activities related to business continuity
- Strong background and experience in project management, program and change management practices, especially in efficiency
- Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty; proactively identify and solve complex problems impacting management and business direction
- Ability to prioritize against many competing interests in an environment of constant change
- Have experience and participated in internal and external audits, specifically with regulators
- Spanish language skills not required but an asset.
