Work Model: HybridPosition SummaryAs a Bilingual Partner Success Manager with BUMP, you will have the opportunity to directly assist BUMP’s charitable partners in establishing new or existing 50/50 draws and other raffle/e-raffle programs.Our partners include over 240 professional sports teams and major charities around North America, and the work you will do will make a real and positive impact as our partners re-invest those funds into important community programs.What We Can Offer You

Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BUMP’s Digital Raffle Solution.
- Develop knowledge of provincial and state raffle regulations.
- Partner Communication and Coordination
- Communicate and track partner requirements with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing Teams, Marketing Agencies, eCommerce and Credit Card Processing Providers).
- Partner Onboarding and Support
- Successfully onboard new charitable partners:
- Assist with regulatory licensing process and registration when requested.
- Assist with eCommerce storefront design with partner’s creative department and BUMP’s marketing team.
- Execute BUMP’s training program to ensure the partner uses the raffle platform as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Product support for online and in-venue digital raffles.
- Relationship Building and Sales Growth
- Build strong and trusted relationships with BUMP’s charitable partners.
- Work closely with existing and new partners and share sales and marketing best practices to help significantly grow year over year charitable revenue.
- Financial and Incident Management
- Review raffle sales reports with finance team prior to invoicing.
- Incident management follow-up with internal stakeholders and the client.
- Business Development Support
- Assist the business development team, when requested, with the recruitment of prospective clients.
- Inventory Management
- Help manage equipment inventory, including shipping to and from customer sites.
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
QualificationsKnowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing (or similar) or equivalent combination of relevant education and years of work experience
- Knowledge of the following:
- eCommerce trends
- 2+ years of experience in account management or digital raffle operations
Soft Skills and CharacteristicsProficiency with MS O365Familiarity with Android and IOS based operating systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organization/time management/prioritization skills and attention to detail.Mandatory RequirementsFluency in English (reading, writing, verbal)Fluency in French (reading, writing, verbal)Ability to travel domestically/internationally approximately 1-2 times monthlyMost travel is overnight.Additional InformationCBN designs and develops industry leading solutions for the following domains: Border Security, Civil Identity, Driver Identification and Vehicle Information, Currency and Excise Control, and Lottery and Charitable Gaming.
