My client are an internationally recognised NGO committed to driving positive social change and advocating for human rights and are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to support their team during a period of transformation. This role will be instrumental in managing employee relations matters and supporting organisational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for our teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and conflict resolution.Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational values and culture.Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business transformation.Work closely with key stakeholders to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement best practices in ER and change management.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on employee relations and change management.Experience working within an international NGO or complex, multi-cultural environment is highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience managing projects related to organisational change and transformation.How to ApplyIf you are eager to discuss this role please submit your CV to [email protected].
