Cpl Marketing are working with a Bespoke interior company who are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive on permanent contract in Kilkenny. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the company’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams to drive multi-channel growth, improve user engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s websites (.com, .fr, .ie), ensuring they align with brand positioning.
• Increase web traffic and conversions across organic and paid media channels.
• Work with web development agencies and designers to enhance user experience and website functionality.
• Develop, execute, and monitor creative digital marketing plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and NPI teams to align content with campaigns and product launches.
• Measure and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Produce monthly reports on KPIs and digital marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of B2B digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing.
• E-commerce: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with tools such as Google GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEO tools, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, and Magento (desirable).
• Education: BSc/BA in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the UK, France, and other countries as required.
