Your role will immerse you in a niche of the financial services sector, allowing you to shape hiring strategies while building meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates alike.Location: You will need to visit the office 2-3 times each week in London.What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducted market mapping, analyzed industry trends, and delivered data-driven recommendations.
- Proactively research candidates, build talent pipelines, and craft strategies tailored to client needs.
- Stay ahead of market trends, attend networking events, and foster a deep understanding of the insurance domain (actuarial, underwriting, etc.).
- Establish trust with clients and candidates while driving innovation and excellence in talent solutions.
- Contribute to our knowledge base and inspire innovation within our Talent Advisor community.
- Collaborate globally with teams and deliver high-quality solutions that transform our client’s talent landscape.

What You’ll Bring?
- Proven background in RPO, in-house recruitment, executive search,or agency recruitment focused on expertise in sourcing or market mapping in the insurance domain.
- A strong networker who thrives in building and sustaining professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
- A proactive problem-solver with a knack for innovation.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across functions.
- Resilient and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
