Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We’re looking for a driven Manager of Content & Insights to help elevate our brand through the management and execution of our content strategy. In this role, you will have your finger on the pulse of proactive and reactive content and brand initiatives across Wealth Management Canada, supporting their development and delivery. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Distribution, you will also support the day-to-day administration and management of integral content strategy components such as process, governance, and research. This is a full-time role, with a 3-day minimum per week in-office commitment at our RBC Centre location in downtown Toronto.What will you do?

  • Asset Development and Oversight: Support and manage the development of marketing assets in support of content strategy execution. This includes copywriting, collaboration with designers, developers, and other stakeholders, quality assurance, and more.
  • Process Management and Governance: Oversee the content development and distribution process and ensure proper governance.
  • Support Content Strategy Insights and Optimization: Maintain content calendar and support on recommendations to streamline content distribution. Support content audits across channels to eliminate risks and redundancies and improve user experience. Support with insights and analytics initiatives as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management Canada: Build relationships with relevant stakeholders across marketing, communications and other teams within Wealth Management Canada to progress the Content & Insights teams’ vision and approach.
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Support the planning and budget needs of the team.

What do you need to succeed?Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing and/or brand role
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
  • Proven track record of executing a content and/or brand strategy, including campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and applications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Hearsay, and Yext
  • Experience leveraging project management tools such as Wrike
  • Ability to support and elevate team culture

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual (FR)
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Experience leveraging design platforms and applications such as Adobe or Canva
