👇ABOUT YOUYou must currently work for Careline365 and possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.You will be great at building instant rapport, experience providing excellent customer service, experience in using CareNetEVO, a willingness to learn, arise to a new challenge.🎧THE ROLEThe Caring Calls Operative is responsible for making pre-arranged outbound calls to vulnerable members, conducting welfare checks, and providing medication reminders. This role requires identifying and escalating concerns regarding an individual’s well-being while following strict protocols to ensure the appropriate support-such as carers, next of kin, or emergency services-are contacted appropriately.Additionally, this role involves building rapport with our members to establish trust and meaningful relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
