Interested in becoming a United States Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical field?We pride ourselves on taking care of our nurses and making sure they are confident and comfortable on the way to the U.S. and while they are here!Benefits included:
- You will be employed by us and paid every Friday.
- Contracts are set at 3 years, over the 3 years we will issue a $13,500 USD bonus divided out.
- $2,500 USD after your first 30 days in the US.
- We help with your immigration which starts on a TN visa and then into an EB-3 green card for US citizenship if you wish.
- Hourly rates range from $47.56 to $67.73CAD ($33 to $47 USD) per hour reflecting your experience and local cost of living.
- There is no cap on pay with annual raises.

- We pay for your first 2 months of rent and many other things you will need to be successful in the United States. Our relocation team goes above and beyond for you and your family.
We have locations all over and will help you place you with the best one of your liking and experience, after the 3 years you will have the option to transfer with us or renew with that facility and become employed by them and many opportunities will present themselves. We have many safety features for you and your family and have successfully placed hundreds of nurses from all over the world.Requirements:
- Canadian citizenship
- NCLEX
- Med Surg experience or other specialties
- In an active acute care RN position
Other:
We have our own departments to help with your CGFNS Visa Screen and if your country if birth was not English, we will help you with the English Academic to obtain your Visa Screen. And we help with many other things to make your journey great!
