Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Executive Assistant would be responsible to support and coordinate the day-to-day operations and administration for WM Data & AI. The EA would provide day-to-day support to the Vice President of WM Data & AI, assist with team communications, help organize team meetings, events and activities for the team, as well as team member onboarding support.What will you do?Provide support for the VP of Wealth Management Data & AI; calendar including prioritizing, scheduling and managing conflicts; booking of team meetings utilizing WebEx and Conference details.Coordinate periodic offsite meetings, liaising with different stakeholders to create participant lists, manage invitations, meeting materials, etc. ensuring collaboration with various business functions to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. Assisting and overseeing the planning and execution of events, luncheons, seminars, holiday events, etc.Ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully, ensure they have the access and assets required. Collect assets when off-boarding staff.Manage inventory, order supplies, keep records of approvals, and ensure adequate supply items for office flowProcess expenses for VP and regularly review expenses and usage.
