The VacancyWe are currently looking for a full-time Residential Officer to join our skilled team working across 2 children’s homes in Scunthorpe. Join us at an exciting time as we develop and expand our provision!Kingfisher is a home with a relational approach for both staff and the children it cares for. We are seeking experienced and motivated Residential Officers, who model a curious mindset, are resilient, have high expectations for children and are a team player!You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the issues our children can face, working closely alongside colleagues to provide care and support to children who may have experienced emotional and behavioural difficulties. We need people who are motivated, experienced, dynamic and can work flexibly to meet our children’s needs.Our culture of continuous learning and improvement, as well as our friendly and inclusive working environment is what makes us stand out.
