Established 35 years ago, we have become the market leader in global telehealth services and digital health solutions for an extensive client base of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and governments around the world.About the roleThe primary purpose of the Product Analyst – Data Solutions is to collaborate with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Developers, and Architects to drive the development and delivery of data-driven productsKey responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design data flow charts, diagrams, and processes to propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to design low-level technical solutions and create relevant user stories for end-to-end product delivery.
- Review technical specifications and create acceptance criteria, documenting them in Jira and Confluence.
- Develop and update operational documentation as needed for service transition.
- Collaborate with the technical counterpart to define and find the right tools considering business needs.
- Improve existing systems by analyzing business goals, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Support technical architects in developing infrastructure requirements.
About you
- A degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in the Data domain.
- At least 3 years of experience with:
- Databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Redshift.
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- API tools such as Tyk, Postman, and similar.
- Experience with validating data and analyzing technical solutions.
- Experience in implementing LLM models for data extraction and validation is a plus.
- Proven experience in enhancing data products and business processes through the effective use of technology.
- Ability to enforce best practices and document processes within teams.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into simple, digestible messages.
- Proven track record in supporting projects related to web development, content management, data integration, and API services.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to share and synthesize knowledge within teams.
- Experience with technology strategy, architecture, or technology delivery.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
