Responsible for creating and curating, engaging and inspiring content in line with customer needs. Harnessing your FS knowledge, holistic retirement transition experience and creative creds to craft content that helps make the complex simple and accessible for all. This role involves collaboration with various teams across the wider Marketing team to create multi format content for digital platforms, propositions, campaigns and more.1Job Role Accountabilities & Key Activities·Write compelling content for various channels and formats, including but not limited to, campaign content guides, articles, digital propositions, video scripts, social media posts, and emails.·Champion and embed our brand’s voice: maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels, from marketing campaigns to financial product terms and conditions.·Collaborate with brand team to develop and refine messaging that resonates with internal stakeholders and target audiences, making sure messaging is consistent in across all channels.·Collaborate with marketing, product and wider teams to support content, engagement and retention strategies.·Work on cross-functional projects to drive awareness, consideration, retention, and loyalty through engaging content.·Collaborate with in-house creative on visual assets.·Identify opportunities to improve the process, quality, consistency, and delivery of content. Identify and utilise the latest tech and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.·Measure content effectiveness, optimising for engagement based on consumer needs.·Champion audience-centric content that supports commercial goals and amplifies brand and marketing initiatives.·Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content·Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues or externals.·Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility·Interview internal subject matter experts, industry experts and customers to inform copy briefs.About UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
