The VacancyAs a result of our fast-paced acquisition strategy, our Geosciences & Engineering team is expanding. This is an exciting opportunity where the Junior PA will be providing a range of administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the senior management of this rapidly growing division. This is a permanent full-time role and will be based at our offices in Hemel Hempstead.Reporting into the G&E Executive Assistant, they will be working to continually support the leadership team and businesses within the division.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key external and internal contactsEffectively manage and coordinate very busy and ever-changing diaries ensuring accurate diary management and timely replies to meeting requestsOrganising travel arrangements/itinerariesCollating information and preparing agendas for meetings; circulating agendas and background documentation prior & minute taking and follow up of action points takenManage and coordinate the set up and running of events/meetingsGeneral administration; e.g. photocopying, filing, postageSet up of virtual meetings, teleconferences etc.Respond to general office management queries from staffSupporting the Executive Assistant as neededQualifications and Experience:At least 2 years Administration experienceDiary management experience essentialExperience in a similar role preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft OfficeGood communication, organisational and written skillsPersonable and confident with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisationTeam player and able to work well on own initiativeAbility to manage workload and work to tight deadlinesA driving licence is not required, however you may be asked to attend meetings on occasionSalary and Benefits:Up to £29,000 per annum, Commensurate with experienceContributory Pension Scheme 4% matched up to 5%Enhanced family leave and sick payA flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays, childcare vouchers, health cash plan, EV car schemeRegular training and career developmentGreat range of well-being resources including virtual GP helpline which extends to dependents3x Life Assurance31 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 36 days#PersonalAssistant #Recruitment #rskfamilyRSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.The CompanyRSK is a global leader in sustainable solutions focusing on environmental, engineering, and technical services.
