Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator who is ready to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed for a seamless experience.Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives.
  • Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and guest lists.
  • Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including the creation of event materials and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide on-site event management, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth event flow.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
