If you’re the type who notices the little things, like a crooked pillow or a smudge on a mirror, as well as the big things, and loves making spaces shine, we want to hear from you!You’ll be our boots on the ground, checking out our rental properties to make sure they’re spotless, safe, and ready to wow our guests. You’ll work independently while teaming up with our amazing housekeeping and maintenance crews to tackle any fixes or touch-ups. We’re after self-starters with great attitudes who can keep up in a fast-paced, fun environment where your work truly makes a difference.This job is perfect for someone who is reliable, hard working, with great communication skills and a solid work ethic.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays to ensure top-notch cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Report and document issues such as maintenance needs, damages, or housekeeping concerns using our inspection checklist and mobile tools.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues and that all properties are guest-ready.
  • Ensure amenities and supplies (like toiletries, linens, and kitchen items) are fully stocked and arranged to standard.
  • Check for safety compliance, including working smoke detectors, secure locks, and hazard-free environments.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to help improve property standards and guest experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have valid license & cellphone
  • Positive attitude, self starter, team player and solutions orientated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Repetitive physically demanding tasks-standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching
  • Must be able to speak and read text in English
  • Must be able to repetitively lift 25 – 50 pounds

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Rate: $23.00 – $25.00Bonus

  • Bonus based on company profitability

  • Flexible days/hours. Predominately 9 – 4:30
  • Full time and part time available

Expected salary

$23 – 25 per hour
