The Acute and Diagnostics Administration Services are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Administration Services Team at the Galloway Community Hospital.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in a fast paced office environment and who has skills and aptitude to pick up processes quickly. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff including Senior Managers, Medics and fellow Administrative staff is a key to the role.

Based within the Galloway Community Hospital the post holder will fulfil a crucial role in providing administrative and clerical support liaising and working with allocated multi discipline clinical teams and administration colleagues. As the role is varied the successful candidate should be a team player with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which we would look for you to demonstrate on your application and at interview.

This post will be supported by Admin Co-ordinator (Office Manager) / Administration Services Manager.

This post is for 19.5hpw, working Monday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 9.30am-1.30pm and Friday 8am-4.30pm.
