2nd Line IT Support Technician Nr Huddersfield £26,000 – £27,000 + Benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for you, a 2nd Line IT Support Technician with around 3 years experience, to join a leading organisation’s IT Support function, based just outside of Huddersfield. You will be working across all areas of IT and providing hands on support including:
- Network Installation: including cabling, firewalls, switches and routers
- Technical Support for all ICT equipment
- Desktops and all hardware
- Application software
- Day to day maintenance
- Software Installation and configuring for users needs
- Server maintenance – access rights, password resets, backups etc
- Admin – ensuring all documentation is accurately kept
- Assisting end users with all other inquiries – user training where required
There maybe a requirement for travel between sites, so a full driving licence is required for this position ideally. This is a fabulous organisation and you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to how well the IT is run and managed.
