Job Description:DJSC 2nd Line System SpecialistBracknell (BRA01) – Onsite x5 days per week.Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As an 2nd Line System Specialist you will contribute to this by providing excellent customer service and effective and efficient support.Your role will involve raising and supporting technical escalations from the customer through the use of the service desk to ultimate resolution from a 1st and 2nd line perspective, escalating to the 3rd line team when applicable. You will work as part of a small 2nd line team providing direct support to the estate by monitoring live events.Your transferable skills and experience:

  • Windows 10
  • ITSM Toolset – SCSM, SCCM, SCOM
  • MS Office 2016
  • VMWare desktop and server solutions
  • Experience as a 2nd line engineer
