Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites qualified and prospective proposers to submit proposals for the redesign, development, and maintenance of the CONTRAconnect digital platform. The assignment will encompass the full-cycle development, security fortification, deployment, and operational support. The initial engagement will cover a six-month Pilot Phase, covering eight (8) smart mobile kiosks and three (3) parent Primary Health Centers (PHCs).
