3rd Line Support Engineer (EUC)Location: Lincoln (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary – up to £35,000 DOEAre you an experienced IT professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer with expertise in End User Computing (EUC) to join our Tech Services Team at Serco, supporting Lincolnshire County Council.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert technical support for end-user desktop, mobile, and cloud technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Intune, Entra, and Defender within agreed SLAs.Implement and configure technology solutions, ensuring security and operational efficiency.Assist with escalations from BAU (Business as Usual) teams and mentor junior colleagues.Collaborate with Security Operations (SOC) to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.Oversee monthly patching, ensuring system integrity and remediating failures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, Autopilot, Device Enrolment, and related technologies.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in 3rd line support (or 2nd line support looking for career progression).Strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/Intune), Autopilot, and SCCM.Experience managing IT infrastructure, ideally within public services.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.ITIL knowledge is desirable.Ability to generate technical reports using Power BI and Excel.Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred).Must be BPSS cleared or willing to undergo clearance.Why Join Us?Hybrid working with flexibility.Work on high-impact projects supporting public services.Career progression opportunities within Serco.A collaborative, supportive team environment.If you’re ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in IT support, apply today and become a key part of our Tech Services Team!Apply Now!About Serco
