Job Description:

The HR Data Analyst plays a vital role in improving organizational decision-making through managing and analyzing HR-related data. This role involves collecting, managing, and interpreting data from various HR sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of this data. The analyst will develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards by providing key insights to support strategic decisions. Additionally, they will conduct ad-hoc analyses and contribute to predictive modeling and data mining initiatives. The role requires working closely with HR and other departments to align data analytics with business goals.

This role involves various tasks such as data collection and analysis, policy review, project management, data auditing, coordinating public records requests, and additional responsibilities as needed. The HR Data Analyst will report to the Director of Compensation and may supervise a graduate assistant. Expected Salary:

$70,000 – $80,000; commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

A bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of data management and reporting tools such as Cognos, PowerBi, and Tableau.
  • Experience in human resources data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
