6th Form Support Lead (Personal Development and Progression)
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time (46 weeks per year)
£25,939 – £27,656 per annumWe are looking for an individual to support our A Level students in achieving success in their studies and in progressing to higher education destinations.The successful candidate will be able motivate, inspire, and encourage students, have a good understanding of study at this level, and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. Communication skills are essential, as the role requires working with a wide range of stakeholders, and meeting with students daily, both individually, and in group settings.This role is fundamental to the success of our A level students and is valued by all stakeholders.
