Introduction
UNDP is seeking A National IT firm to develop National Registry for Emission Allowances & Carbon Credits for Viet Nam, to suppor the Project “Supporting the Implementation of JETP and NDC in Viet Nam”, as described in this documentation.
The main objective of the assignment is to deliver a comprehensive and detailed design and establishment of National Registry for greenhouse gas emission allowances and carbon credits in Viet Nam. The IT vendor shall be working closely within the UNDP and Department of Climate Change (DCC) – Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment (MONRE), and collaborating with International ETS Expert, International IT Expert, National Carbon Market Expert and be fully responsible for National Registry System design, development, customization, testing and documentation.
The scope of work for this TOR will be launching a demo version of the National Registry for Allowance Emissions and Carbon Credits for Vietnam. In closely working with the International ETS expert, International IT expert and National Carbon market expert, the IT company shall provide comprehensive technical and strategic support to design, test, build, and handover the National Registry in Viet Nam.
