Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hourKey Responsibilities:
- Provide structured tuition across various subjects, tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop personalised learning plans that target specific areas for improvement.
- Monitor progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Support students with different learning styles and abilities, including SEN learners.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- PGCE or QTS status is highly desirable.
- Experience working with SEN students.
