Job Description:OverviewTwickenham, Hybrid working, Salary up to £45,000At Haymarket Business Media, we use our market-leading brands to deliver world-class content, events, and digital experiences for our audiences. We’re now looking for an Account Director to join our commercial team on Third Sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maximising revenue for the brand across our diverse portfolio of products including events, digital and content based marketing, and lead generation.We’re in a significant growth phase so a large amount of your time will be focused on new business as we implement plans to grow the business. You’ll become an expert in the sector, identifying key trends and growth opportunities to help to build Third Sector’s commercial strategy and offering.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-orientated professional. Responsibilities
- Maximising revenues through strategic account management and new business development initiatives to advertisers in the sector
- Create and develop pitch decks, materials and proposals
- Build, manage and develop an active sales pipeline
- Develop strong working relationships, conduct client meetings and attend relevant industry events
- Deliver on sales targets and agreed KPIs on sales output including calls, meetings and proposals
- Maintain accurate information on Salesforce and use data to make informed decisions
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria
- Proven success in a commercial role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Ability to spot new opportunities and confidently engage with clients
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to successfully negotiate at a senior level
