We’re ambitious both for our clients and for the ongoing success of our business, and as Account Director, EMEA, you’ll ensure operational and strategic excellence and high performance across RPO contract deliverables.What you’ll doWith a strong focus on building and growing the relationship with a key client operating services out of multi-territories, you will be responsible for scaling contract services, maximising revenue and client profitability through relationship building and delivering proactive strategic talent solutions.Drawing on your experience in successfully leading and developing high volume, complex clients in the RPO sector, you will work with Delivery Leaders across PeopleScout, leading and managing your teams to ensure excellence in all aspects of their roles to achieve contract deliverables and expansion.Key responsibilitiesYou will:
- Take responsibility for creating and executing on strategic deliverables for key client/s, seeking support from PeopleScout leaders to provide guidance and innovation on (global) expansion opportunities
- Be responsible for the creation, flex and achievement of client Strategic Account Plans (SAP) and Continual Improvement Plans (CIP) to ensure strategic and operational growth and excellence
- OUTTHiNK the competition by engaging with all areas of our businesses outside of core RPO services to continue to drive innovation through SAPs
- Build in-depth understanding of the client at senior and operational levels, building deep and meaningful relationships that are mutually beneficial, proactively identifying and creating opportunities to solve client problems
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous learning
- Develop, embed and measure a clear set of key performance standards to ensure operational and strategic excellence
- Act as an escalation point for the account team, working with delivery and SME’s to create and implement a resolution to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure accuracy of client budgeting and forecasting of revenue and GP always trying to identify ways of (over) achieving forecast
- Through close management of delivery functions, optimise Segment Profit levels to (over) achieve forecast
- And where needed, work with Sales and Solutions teams (EMEA and Global) to scope, solution, and win new RPO business
Who we’re looking forTo be a success in this role you’ll be an active leader who is able to create a high performing team and can influence others to be performance-oriented. Numerate and highly commercial, you will have excellent organisation and planning skills with a structured approach and the ability to work in a matrix model, building business critical relationships across the business.You will have:
- Extensive experience in successfully leading and developing a high-volume, complex large client within the RPO sector
- Experience of large budgets/P&L management
- Responsibility for the evolution of services and strategy planning to achieve overarching business objectives
- Experience of driving efficiency gains through the use of increased/improved technology, lean process, resulting in tangible commercial benefit
- Experience of operating at a senior level supporting the broader strategic agenda for that organisation
- Experience of client leadership and delivery in and across multi-territory geographies
- Leadership of large and diverse teams operating across client and delivery functions
- Instilled high performance culture in client service producing measurable strategic and commercial benefits
