The role – what you’ll do as an Account Executive:
The purpose of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing key client relationships, ultimately ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. In this key role, you will:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with an emphasis on cold outreach, while also converting warm leads provided by our Marketing and Sales Operations teams. Utilize consultative phone techniques, impressive product demos, and engaging webinars.
- Cultivate and optimize the sales pipeline, enhancing conversion rates at each stage.
- Establish a remarkable first impression by delivering a top-tier consultation experience to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth buying and implementation process.
- Shape a successful customer journey, providing continuous support and fostering a positive experience for clients to minimize customer attrition and cancellations.

- Accountant channel expertise and/or work as a practising client-facing accountant is a plus;
- Solid communication skills;
- A strong desire to learn and open to coaching, actively seeking feedback and eager to implement it;
- A track record of success in B2B sales, with a primary focus on phone-based customer interactions;
- Consistently surpassing sales targets, showcasing a self-driven and results-oriented approach;
- A proactive and goal-driven individual who takes ownership of their success;
- Proficient in establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners at all organizational levels;
- Approach sales in a consultative and process-driven manner, underpinned by remarkable written and verbal communication abilities.
