Zesty is an award-winning digital strategy, design and development agency with over 22 years’ experience gained across 2000+ digital projects.Your role: As an Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage and develop client accounts for Ireland’s leading digital agency, as well as managing customer expectations and in-house resources to ensure client requirements are met.Day to day you will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for appointed clients
Manage the delivery and profitability of web projects across your accountsWork with the full agency team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetManage web projects, from briefing through to documentation, delivery and reportingBrief and liaise with the User Experience, User Interface, Web Development and Digital Marketing teamsManage clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are kept fully informedLead client review meetingsAdhere to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time managementProduce documentation detailing project requirements for client approval and internal usageIdentify new business opportunities from Client listWhat we’re looking for from you:You will be an Account Manager who is well-versed in managing client projects and growing accounts. You’ll be someone with an interest in technology and ideally have experience of using Content Management Systems, such as Wordpress or Kentico. Other skills and experience include:
