What You’ll DoAs an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing client accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes, delivering exceptional results within agreed parameters.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to execute projects effectively.
  • Preparing and presenting client proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow client accounts, including cross-sells and upsells.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
  • Resolving client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What You’ll NeedTo excel as an Account Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Some experience in account management, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software is very helpful (e.g., Asana, Wrike, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, ideally with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects effectively.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and developing actionable insights.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
