These technologies are used by customers to improve operational efficiencies, enhance product quality, protect plant assets, minimize environmental impact, and create cleaner and safer environments.Exempt, Grade 14Sales Incentive Program (SIP) eligibleGENERAL SCOPEManages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility. Role will also include writing and submitting weekly and monthly reports, performing regular testing of important KPI’s to help manage business, some regular maintenance of chemical feed equipment and interacting with mill personnel to progress projects and communicate our account activities is essential.This position will require some regular travel every week in Northwestern New Brunswick, some of it possibly being over night.KNOWLEDGEGood knowledge of the job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job. Some general knowledge of pumping and piping systems would be an asset as well as some basic knowledge of how to use hand tools. Good working knowledge of Office 365 suite is a requirement.JOB COMPLEXITYPerforms a variety of activities which involve standard procedures. Gathers and manipulates common data, verifies adequacy and appropriateness; develops charts, diagrams, and standard reports. In technical or production positions, may also set up and operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment used to develop, produce and/or test products or process data.IMPACTImpact to overall activity limited to immediate functional area.
