Do you want to be part of this great family?📝Some details about your departmentThe Global Platform Management guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients’ businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients’ Customer Journeys. Our DNA is to rely on innovation and technology to be efficient with our clients’ investments, and to know how to direct messages to potential users at the right place and at the right time. We always challenge ourselves, to foster professional and personal growth.🎯 What we’d like you to doWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social search media advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative execution, and excel in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Manage team and ensure career development and progress.
  • Seek efficiency and resolve issues through process improvement and implementation of new technologies or improvements in their use.
  • Solve problems and manage risk with clients or within the team.
  • Develop paid social media plans for different clients.
  • Manage accounts using principal paid social advertising providers.
  • Manage complex campaign optimization.
  • Manage invoicing of clients and platforms involved.
  • Create and monitor reporting structures.
  • Be involved in the strategy and proposal presentation to win new clients and update offered services to accounts.

🔊 What we’d like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Advertising or Economics.
  • At least 2 years working in an agency environment and working multi accounts
  • Managing more than 50k budgets
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Snapchat, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Dsp´s such as DV360.
  • Competency in GMP, Google Ads, Smartly, YouTube Ads, and Looker Studio.
  • High level of proficiency in Communication, Proactivity/Decision Taking, Teamwork, Time Management, Personal Development, Problem Solving, and Leadership.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification: Media Buying Certification and Media Planning.
  • TikTok Media Buying Certification.
  • Certifications in LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat and other social media platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with Trust AI & Prompts
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
