Gallagher’s Art Department is seeking a talented and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible creative solutions to our internal clients. With your outstanding interpersonal skills, you will serve as the primary contact for our business-aligned marketing teams, representing the Art Department and ensuring their needs are met. Your strong organisational skills will make you the go-to expert within the department, as you immerse yourself in understanding our clients’ businesses, challenges, industries, core programmes, and competitive landscape.   • Ensure clear understanding of project requirements by all involved parties.
  • Drive open dialogue with marketing partners and the Art Department to suggest, explore, and deliver unique marketing creative that drives revenue and meets marketing team objectives.
  • Lead the creative process for assigned projects, including multi-touch campaigns, external events, and other large-scale initiatives.
  • Analyse creative briefs, schedule intake meetings, map project timing, ensure adherence to deadlines, and complete the release process.
  • Act as a champion for the client marketing team and the Art Department, representing their point of view and anticipating their needs and challenges.
  • Understand client needs, define solutions, and advocate for those solutions during the creative process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Project Manager and Creative Resource Manager to meet client deadlines without compromising quality or exhausting Art Department resources.
  • Capture client feedback and establish clear and regular communication across teams before, during, and after the launch of a project or campaign.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant marketing or agency experience
  • Experience working with creative teams in the insurance or professional services space.
  • Creative or design background
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Experience crafting and handling detailed work plans based on outlined scope and objectives
