Our company is currently in search of motivated individuals to join our team as Account Managers / Relationship Managers. While creativity is valuable, this role primarily requires exceptional customer service and management skills, as well as the ability to effectively translate client needs to the creative team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring client needs are clearly understood and conveyed.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
- Proactively identify potential areas for growth and additional services that can be offered to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate client needs and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Professionalism and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and additional services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team to ensure client requirements are met.
